Backyard Composting Basics
March 26 @ 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Did you know composting can help you care for our local watersheds? Composting not only addresses food waste and is great for our gardens, but it can also help filter out pollutants before they reach our waterways! Join Cooperative Extension during Forsyth Creek Week to learn how to start and maintain your own backyard compost bin or pile, what should and shouldn’t go in a backyard compost, and local resources to help you get started! Attendees will be entered into a raffle to go home with a trashcan compost bin! To register, visit: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1983365877731?aff=oddtdtcreator
SEE YOU THERE!
