Join Forsyth Audubon for our Monday Bird Walk at Winston Lake Park guided by Tim Miller.  All skill levels are welcome.  We will meet at the north end of the park by the pier located at Winston Lake Park 1344, Winston Park Dr, Winston-Salem.  Late March is the end of “weird duck season” so we’ll scan the water for any lingering waterfowl. It also is the start of spring migration. The habitat at the lake is perfect for the vanguards of that northward movement, Louisiana Waterthrush, Common Yellowthroat, and various swallow species. We’ll patrol the water’s edge in hopes of scrounging up some “first of springs”. We’ll keep the walk short and flat, but things may get a bit muddy!
