Creekside Zen Zone

March 27 @ 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Enjoy a peaceful morning by the creek as we welcome the day with gentle movement, mindfulness, and the sounds of nature. We’ll begin with a short warm-up and a simple flow led by a community volunteer, followed by a guided bird-listening moment with Forsyth Audubon. A calming Creek Week experience for adults, free of charge. Pre-registration is required to secure your spot. (Registration link will be released 2 weeks prior to the event start date.) When arriving at Long Creek Park, we’ll meet at the picnic shelter then take a short walk (0.2 miles) down a paved path and arrive at our event location next to the creek. Please click this link to see a marked up map in case of a late arrival and you need to meet us at the event location instead of the parking lot.
