Creekside Zen Zone

Bring your own mat, blanket, or towel. Enjoy a peaceful morning by the creek as we welcome the day with gentle movement, mindfulness, and the sounds of nature.
We’ll begin with a guided mindful birding session with Forsyth Audubon, followed by a simple stretch & flow led by a community volunteer. Join as us we ground ourselves in nature – feeling the grass between our toes, breathing with the trees, and noticing the small things.
A calming Creek Week experience for adults, free of charge. Pre-registration is required to secure your spot. Register at the link here. When arriving at Long Creek Park, we’ll meet at the picnic shelter then take a short walk (0.2 miles) down a paved path and arrive at our event location next to the creek.
