Free Fishing at Salem Lake (tentative)
March 27 @ 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
(NOTE: DATE AND TIME ARE NOT FINAL – ONLY TENTATIVE).
No license needed for fishing at Salem Lake, and Creek Week covers all fishing fees to Salem Lake for participants. Wake Forest University Fishing Team will help fishers bait hooks and teach how to cast. Other volunteers who know how to fish are welcome. Rods, reels, and bait are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Fishing off the pier or in a boat only – no bank fishing allowed. Fishing must end by 7pm.
