Residents can dispose of expired, unwanted, or unused prescription drugs and over the counter medications – NO QUESTIONS ASKED – during Operation Medicine Drop at The Shepherds Center of Kernersville- 636 Gralin – with help from the Kernersville Police Department. Residents can remain in their vehicles, as this is a drive-through service. Please note, we will not be accepting sharps for this event.
