Cleanup with YRK
Come out with Yadkin Riverkeeper for a cleanup of Salem Creek. Gloves, trash bags, and a limited number of trash grabbers will be provided.
Mill Site Trail Tour at Historic Bethabara
Visit Historic Bethabara Park for a guided trail tour to visit the archaeological site of the Bethabara Mill and other historic landmarks in the park.
Creek Week Critters!
Bring the family for an up close and personal visit with some of our local creek critters at Southside Branch Library. Cody Orman from Salem Lake will bring several of his friendly critters for a meet and greet.
Frog Walk – Kids & Families
Learn about our local frogs and toads with a walk through the wetlands of Ivey Redmon Park with NC Sierra Club Foothills Group and Town of Kernersville.
