DESCRIPTION:Bring your own mat\, blanket\, or towel. Enjoy a peaceful morning by the creek as we welcome the day with gentle movement\, mindfulness\, and the sounds of nature. \n  \nWe’ll begin with a guided mindful birding session with Forsyth Audubon\, followed by a simple stretch & flow led by a community volunteer. Join as us we ground ourselves in nature – feeling the grass between our toes\, breathing with the trees\, and noticing the small things. \n  \nA calming Creek Week experience for adults\, free of charge. Pre-registration is required to secure your spot. Register at the link here. When arriving at Long Creek Park\, we’ll meet at the picnic shelter then take a short walk (0.2 miles) down a paved path and arrive at our event location next to the creek.
